Trial Practice: We refer to our litigation practice as a “trial” practice because we are business trial lawyers. While many “commercial litigation” attorneys never see a jury or the inside of a courtroom, we regularly see both. We are dedicated to providing our clients with aggressive, results oriented legal counsel in the area of business and real estate litigation, including recovery of preconstruction deposits on real property, breach of contract cases, mortgage foreclosure and lender liability actions, enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and shareholder and partnership disputes.

Transactional Practice: Our transactional practice involves residential and commercial real estate closings and transactions, many of which are through our related title company, Trinity Title & Escrow, LLC (www.trinitytitle.us ). We also assist client in the formation and acquisition of businesses and the drafting and review of contracts and related documents.
